Incident #1 Kammann - De Juan | Lap 9, Sector 2 'Seconda Variante' Turn 3

Description: I Tried to re-overtake Alberto de Juan into T3, but Alberto didnt see me and just steered into me and send me over the inside anti cut, which caused me to spin the car.

Verdict: no incident in lap 9, turn 3

Incident #2 Kammann - Aalberts | Lap 2, Variante Ascari

Description: Mark Aalberts went of the track and returned unsafe to the track. He hit my car and my car got damaged from that, which gave me understeering.

Verdict: no incident in lap 2, Variante Ascari

Incident #3 Swindells - Roberts | Racetime: 42:40

Description: I leave the outside open for Danny to pass. He is easily faster, however he takes the inside line to pass and moves across me - making contact - to take the line I left for him anyway.

Verdict: usual pass on the straight without contact or something like that. No penalty

Incident #4 Swindells - Roberts | Racetime: 44:06

Description: I leave the outside open for Danny to pass. He is easily faster, however he takes the inside line to pass and moves across me - making contact - to take the line I left for him anyway.

Verdict: usual pass on the straight without contact or something like that. No penalty

Incident #5 Aslamazyan - Umminger | Racetime: 38:21

Description: Going into Parabolica Philipp Umminger brakes at his normal braking zone, but following behind Artyom Aslamazyan is not aware enough to brake earlier to not collide with Phillip in front with Artyom being in the draft. Artyom slams Phillip under braking with huge force as a result knocking him flying of track through the gravel, which then smashes him into the wall giving Phillip’s car terminal damage.

Verdict: 1 Penalty Point for Aslamazyan due to last anyway. A time penalty wouldnt make any sense

Benjamin: you did but 2 days after the deadline

Alberto: No Alberto. I was indulge the whole year but it seems to doesnt work out as i want. You so much time to solve your fsr log but still after lap 14 it isnt possible to have a clean fsr log.

Jan, you or your team are responsible to send correct protests and on time. If you sent the wrong laps that's your fault, not the Director's.
When you posted here the correct laps it was way past the deadline now, so it's normal it wasn't checked anymore.

The Director doesn't have the time to check all laps.

I understand your frustration but you just need to be more careful next time, to send the correct information.

Everyone should contribute for things to work well and share the responsibility.

In Kammann's defence, De Juan got his penalty reduced, after complaining on the initial decision posted here.

In rFactor it is easy to get confused about what lap you are talking about. "Lap 3" and "2 laps [completed]" are two ways of referring to the same lap.

Kammann made a note of this approximately at the same time as De Juan's comments. As De Juan's comments were acknowledged and the decisions were altered, it would seem as if Kammann's comments could have been taken into conciderations as well.

Other than that, I would like to say the admins of FSR are doing a great job putting all this together. In fact, I would rather that FSR paid these guys, than having guessing contests with big prize money. They deserve it! :)

Jan: Appeals are just in WC allowed. In WS and WT you need to live with our decisions.

De Juans Penalty was just reduced cause we could sort out a few issues on his PC which should allow him to use Mirrors now. I guess that everyone can talk to the admins and we are the last guys here who want to ban a driver from a race.
