Incident #1
Driver(s) Involved Martin Hodás, Daniel Bida, Will Prieto, Renan Lopes
Lap/Replay Time R1 - Lap 1 - Turn 2
Protest Description Prieto closed the doors in T2, caused a massive wreck. Lopes failed to slow down and hitted Diaz. Then instead of turning to the left (where was place), he turned even more to the right, just into Bida´s car. Caused contact between Bida´s car and Hodás´ rear left wheel. Hodas suspension was damaged then with significant loss of pace.
Verdict Prieto turns in on Bida, causing the wreck that involved other drivers. -2.00 Penalty Points for Prieto. Lopes fails to stop, after initial collision with Diaz does not apply break and even applies accelerator causing more damage to other cars. -1.50 Penalty Points for Lopes.



Incident #2
Driver(s) Involved Norbert Leitner
Lap/Replay Time R2 (1) - Start
Protest Description Leitner (again) failed to start, caused massive wreck and red flag.
Verdict -2.00 Penalty Points and Official Warning to Leitner. Leitner must do Practice Start in warmup before both Feature and Sprint Races with Race Director watching.

Driver(s) Involved Martin Hodás, Alvaro Torres
Lap/Replay Time R2 (1) - Lap 1 - Turn 2
Protest Description Torres closed the doors, caused spin of Patel´s car right infront of Twister car and Hodás. Then Torres spun again on grass, again infront of Hodás. Then tried to move carelessly and hitted Valeriano. Another help to red flag the race.
Verdict -1.50 Penalty Points and Official Warning for Torres.

Driver(s) Involved Martin Hodás, Rasmus Tali
Lap/Replay Time R2 (2) - Lap 16 - Last chicane
Protest Description Hodás tried to overtake Tali (who struggled with worn harder compound) into last chicane. Hodás braked right in time to stay on the inside line and gave Tali enough of space, but Tali closed the doors and Hodás´ almost lost his position in battle with Kiss.
Verdict Hodas had the inside line, Tali causes incident. -0.50 Penalty Point for Tali.

Driver(s) Involved Martin Hodás, Daniel Kiss
Lap/Replay Time R2 (2) - Lap 16 - Last chicane
Protest Description Hodás was fighting with Tali, Kiss stepped into battle, touching Hodás´ car at the exit and then again after little moment, compromising Hodás´ chances to fight with Tali.
Verdict Kiss causes contact, but I don't think it caused a loss of position for Hodas as Tali had a better exit. -0.50 Penalty Points for Kiss.

Driver(s) Involved Rasmus Tali
Lap/Replay Time ...
Protest Description Driving lower division without permision of Race Director.
Tali was participating in WC with 3th in 2010, 14th in 2011 and 4th in 2012.
Its unacceptable to let such a driver participate in lower division. (Not practising enough isnt an excuse.)
Verdict While Twister Racing did not explicitly ask permission, Tali has not shown dominating pace that would exclude him from ACE. Official Warning to Twister Racing.

3.3 A driver with more than 10 career races in higher division(s) must obtain special permission from the Race Director to participate in the lower division for 2014.



Incident #7
Driver(s) Involved Rasmus Tali
Lap/Replay Time ...
Protest Description Wrong allocation. Tali allocated in both Twister Blue and Twister Black teams.
Verdict Allocation not affecting points. Please fix your allocations (Twister Racing). Official Warning to Twister Racing.
