So to put things into perspective

-You claim that other teams don't follow the rules. President and myself explained (english and spanish, so not possible to be lost in translation) to your team that Netrex, Eventa and FTS didn't breach any rule. Your team owner gladly accepted our explanation (and Christian's one) and accepted that he misjudged the rule. Some months later you come again saying that Netrex (and Precision) has 6 drivers. Not only that, you even used the word cheating. However you fail to prove that those teams are related teams as it is described in FSR rulebook.

-Coming back to partnerships between teams, which apparently are ilegal now for you, your team offered partnerships to at least 3 different WC teams if I'm not mistaken. To keep puting things into perspective.

Obviously it's much easier to complain on forums and/or ragequit.

Question for the Director: You always indicate the breached rules when you assign penalties, however you haven't done so this time. Considering you described the launch control procedure was followed, may I ask exactly on what basis is Norbert penalised? Exactly which rules were breached? That he had a poor start is obvious, but makes absolutely no sense as a justification for such a penalty.

To be honest, after 2 caused wrecks on starts and one Red Flag he should be happy, that he got only 2 ridiculous penalty points and no proper penalty for last race.
In his situation, or his team, I would sitting quietly in corner without any word hoping, that people will forget it quickly...

Leitner gets a penalty because it's getting pretty common these short of weird starts when it's rather easy to use the launch control system. So after Indianapolis I decided to penalize these mass crashes.

Causing a massive INCIDENT at the start is not against the rules in your opinion. That's what you are saying?

Leitner stalls the car a few seconds after using the launch control resulting with fatal consequences for the rest of the drivers that where behind him. With a proper use of the launch control system it's very unlikely to stall the car like that.

Regarding the rules sadly we don't have rules about every single scenario but that doesn't mean you can drive backwards because it's not written in the rulebook.

Also I don't think the penalty it's so harsh, we have more than 90% of the drivers with 5SR so 2pp it's not a big deal.

@Martin Hodás I made a question to the Director, nobody asked for your opinion or moral lessons. Norbert made a mistake and apologised for it as his mistake affected other drivers. As a team, we encourage that kind of sportsmanlike behaviour. Unless you breach a rule, penalising a driver error, however, is a completely different thing which makes no sense.

Regarding driver errors, it would be good if the Director could make a clarification on how they are considered. FTS drivers were taken out in Silverstone and Hockenheim by drivers who made mistakes while overtaking and the Director took no action. When an FTS driver spun (Bahrain) or made a poor start, they received penalties or warnings. Since a risky overtaking move is obviously something the driver can take advantage of, as opposed to a making a bad start or spinning, which would give you no advantage, I fail to understand the logic behind those decisions.
