Incidents:

#1
Driver(s) Involved: Brljak, Kalamees

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1, 3:16

Review: Kalamees is starting 2 positions behind Brljak as they leave the line. Kalamees gets a better start than Brljak and moves to pull alongside on the outside edge of the track. However Brljak makes a late blocking move towards the outside, forcing Kalamees to put 2 wheels on the grass and to back off.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points & +15s added to race time for Petar Brljak

#2
Driver(s) Involved: Huis, Morand, Baldi, van Starkenburg

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1, 3:21 - 3:25

Review: Huis, Morand, Starkenburg & Baldi are heading towards T1 in that order. Morand is on the inside behind Huis, with Starkenburg and Baldi slowly catching on the outside. As they approach the braking zone, Morand is edging towards the outside slightly. As they reach the braking zone, Morand makes a slight move further towards the outside, which puts his car in the path of Baldi. Baldi & Starkenburg brake slightly later than Morand and Huis, resulting on Baldi's right front wheel to make contact with Morand's left rear. Morand's car gets unbalanced from this, causing him to run deep in to the corner, making moderate contact with the back of Huis' and the side of Starkenburg's car.

Verdict: Racing Incident, a bit of a 50/50 incident between Morand & Baldi, unfortunately pretty much all cars that were involved received damage from this

#3
Driver(s) Involved: Keithley, Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1, 3:35

Review: Morand and Keithley are heading towards T2 with Morand on the inside. Keithley brakes later than Morand and pulls slightly ahead on the outside. Keithley leaves enough room for Morand on the inside, but Morand presses the throttle slightly at 121kph and again at 109kph, causing him to run deeper in to the corner and make contact with Keithley, causing Keithley to lose momentum and Morand to take the position.

Verdict:
0.5 Penalty Points for Morgan Morand

#4
Driver(s) Involved: Kalamees, Puschke

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 14, 22:29

Review: Kalamees is in the slipstream of Puschke as they are heading towards T4. Kalamees tries to make a late dive towards the inside in the hopes that Puschke is expecting this and ready to go two-wide through the corner. Puschke turns in normally, resulting in contact with Kalamees, causing Kalamees to spin and lose 6 positions.

Verdict:
Racing Incident, too optimistic by Kalamees in my opinion.

#5
Driver(s) Involved: Huis, de Wit

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 18, 29:00

Review: De Wit, Huis & Morand are in the middle of the final corner. As Huis and Morand behind to accelerate side by side, De Wit slows down significantly in front of them, causing a dangerous moment considering De Wit's significantly different cornering speed compared to his other laps (110kph compared to 150kph on the next lap in the same spot).

Verdict: Read Incident #17

#6
Driver(s) Involved: Bono Huis and Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 19 T1

Review:
Morand and Huis are approaching T1 with Morand slightly ahead on the outside. Huis brakes late, moving alongside Morand during the brakingzone. Morand leaves enough space for Huis, but Huis runs a little wide, making light contact with Morand which allows Huis to take a slightly better exit compared to Morand, resulting in Huis taking the position.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points for Bono Huis

#7
Driver(s) Involved: Huis, de Wit

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 19, 29:48

Review: De Wit, Huis and Morand are going through the 2nd sector. De Wit slows down dramaticly in T5 and again in the T6-T7 chicane while running over the inside curb of T7, forcing Huis to back off which allows Morand to move alongside Huis for the entry to T8 and pass him.

Verdict: Read Incident #17

#8
Driver(s) Involved: Huis, Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 24, 36:14

Review: Morand and Huis are approaching T1. Huis brakes slightly later than Morand, closing the distance between their cars. Morand turns in, Huis follows Morand through the corner and they both live happily ever after.

Verdict: Less than nothing.

#9
Driver(s) Involved: Bono Huis and Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 24 T2

Review: Huis is in the slipstream of Morand as they reach the brakingzone for T2. Huis is about 2 car lengths behind Morand and tries a late braking move on the inside. Morand turns in as Huis' car makes light contact with the left sidepod of Morand, causing Morand to run wide. Huis backs off between T2 and T3 to allow Morand to move fully in front again.

Verdict: Racing Incident, would've been a penalty if Huis hadn't backed off to let Morand retake the position or if the contact had been severe enough to cause damage to Morand

#10
Driver(s) Involved: Huis, Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 25, 37:54

Review: Morand and Huis are approaching T2. As they reach the brakingzone, Huis brakes later than Morand on the outside, getting fully alongside. Morand accelerates on the inside, forcing Huis to put 2 wheels on the grass and to back off.

Verdict: 0.5 Penalty Points & +15s added to race time for Morgan Morand

#11
Driver(s) Involved: Blair Disley and Eros Masciulli

Lap/Replay Time: 26 - 40:09

Review: Masciulli and Disley are going through T6 and T7. Masciulli runs wide in T6, causing him to have a bad exit for T7. Disley takes advantage of this and moves alongside Masciulli before the braking/turn-in point for T8. Masciulli turns in without leaving room for Disley, forcing Disley to back off.

Verdict:
Read Incident #16

#12
Driver(s) Involved: Blair Disley and Eros Masciulli

Lap/Replay Time: 28 - 42:15

Review: Disley is in the slipstream of Masciulli as they are heading towards T1. Masciulli moves to defend the inside, leaving just enough space for a car between himself and the inside edge of the track. Disley misjudges his positioning slightly and starts to straighten his car a bit too early considering the room on the inside of the track. Disley makes light contact with the right rear tire of Masciulli, with a possible 2nd impact caused by lag. Both miss their braking points, with Masciulli running wider than Disley, resulting in Disley taking the position.

Verdict: Racing Incident, based on the replay it's unclear whether Masciulli ran wide on his own or because of a lag contact with Disley

#13
Driver(s) Involved: Kalamees, Masciulli

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 32, 48:10 - 48:17

Review: Masciulli and Kalamees are approaching T2. Kalamees goes to make a late braking move on the outside, but Masciulli outbrakes himself, causing him to run wide and block Kalamees' attempt. As they switch sides on the track, they are approaching T3 side by side with Masciulli on the inside. Masciulli goes as far on the inside as he can, considering the inside curb is undriveable. The two make light contact, causing Kalamees to back off and Masciulli to keep the position.

Verdict: Racing Incident, the T2 manouver was blocked by a mistake and in T3 Masciulli couldn't go any more on the inside.

#14
Driver(s) Involved: Kalamees, Masciulli

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 33, 49:27

Review: Masciulli and Kalamees are approaching the T1 braking zone side by side. Kalamees outbrakes Masciulli on the outside, leaving room on the inside for Masciulli to go side by side through the corner with him. Masciulli accelerates in the middle of the corner, running in to the side of Kalamees and causing Kalamees to lose momentum, resulting in Masciulli keeping the position.

Verdict: Read Incident #16

#15
Driver(s) Involved: van Starkenburg, Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 40, 58:47

Review: Morand and Starkenburg are approaching T1 side by side, with Starkenburg on the outside. As they near the brakingzone, Morand moves in front of Starkenburg, making light contact with Starkenburg's frontwing as he does so.

Verdict: Racing Incident

#16
Driver(s) Involved: Blair Disley and Eros Masciulli

Lap/Replay Time: 45 - 68:09

Review: Masciulli and Disley are side by side through T2, with Disley on the outside. As they are accelerating for T3, Disley is now on the inside. Masciulli begins to turn in on the racing line, without leaving any room for Disley. The two make contact, with Disley nearly losing control. They make contact again at the exit of the corner, resulting in Masciulli spinning and losing 3 positions.

Verdict: Conditional Penalty from Canada taken in to effect: 2 Race Ban for Eros Masciulli

#17
Driver(s) Involved: de Wit

Lap/Replay Time: whole race (fuel)

Review:

Base facts: De Wit started the formation lap with 100L of fuel (everyone who finished the race started with 235-250L of fuel), De Wit complained about lack of preparation/pace before Q1, De Wit qualified in P17 ~1.2s slower than the fastest time in Q1.

First stint: De Wit passes everyone in front of him, soon taking the lead and building a gap to Morand & Huis.

Second stint: De Wit rejoins ~8th after his first pitstop, again overtaking everyone in front of him except Huis & Morand. Huis pits on lap 15, De Wit then continues to follow Morand through lap 16 while clearly backing off to avoid passing him. After Morand pits at the end of lap 16, De Wit continues for another lap before pitting and rejoining in front of Huis & Morand, who have now swapped places.

Third stint: Here is where the video kicks in, De Wit drives significantly slower in multiple corners compared to his cornering speeds before his pitstop. After making a mistake (most likely on purpose) on his 2nd lap out of the pits in T11, both Morand and Huis pass him. At this point De Wit speeds up again, suddenly having no issues against the pace of Huis and Morand and catches them easily. Then in T8 and T9 of the next lap, as De Wit is challenging Huis again, the decision was made to remove De Wit from the server.

Verdict: 2 Race Ban + Conditional Season Ban for Patrick De Wit, Major online etiquette breach

Well done.

Same situation : Huis gaining position hitting me and pushing me wide : 0.5pts
Defending my position without hit closing the door step by step and and he goes 0.3m wide : 0.5pts + 15s penalty ??

Wow loosing the 2nd place for Keithley. You are great. Hmm i hope you will penalize me like that everytime !!!

SadoMaso-ours-vusurleweb.jpeg

Hmm... I don't understand the 15s for Morgan, maybe they were because it was the 2nd 0.5 points? I don't know :p. Well, I hope you guys can make Valencia interesting at the next race! :D

To everyone complaining about the time penalties for running people off track:

<- 1.0pp & +30s

<- 1.0pp & +30s

<- 1.0pp & no time penalty because he did not finish

Where was your outrage then? You guys need to cry more consistently.
