Protest Description:
In Q1 i was on my last hotlap, when Sami Pesari came out of the pits, and was for the entire lap just in front of me, and locking up his tires twice leaving unnessesary smoke. not big stuff, but i think that he should have moved over as it was his outlap

Review: Sami cames out of the pits in front of Danni, when he was doing a qualy lap attempt. Instead of lett him pass, he did his outlap lap in front of Danni, not blocking but causing him some performance loss due to dirt air.

Verdict: + 10 grid penalty positions for next race, but it won't be applied because Sami has already a start from the back penalty.
