Incident #1
Driver(s) Involved: Luka Oslakovic, Jim Parisis

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 6, 0:32

Review: Parisis goes deep into T6 and makes contact with Oslakovic who loses about 8 seconds recovering from the spin.

Chart 2 (Time lost evaluation) and cell 23G has been used for this verdict. (-0.50 - 0.05 * 8s = -0.90 SR)

Breached rule: 7. Right of Way in Bends

Video: youtu.be/HdJLNpm8Rxo

Verdict: 0.90 Penalty Points for Jim Parisis.

Incident #2
Driver(s) Involved: Blair Disley, John-Eric Saxen

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 14, 0:28

Review: Saxen is going to overtake with DRS and has lag contact with the rear of Disley who loses his car and goes into to the grass losing about 6 seconds.

Video: youtu.be/0NcsrgWM1xM

Verdict: No further action.

Incident #3
Driver(s) Involved: Jonny Simon, Carlos Martín

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 1, 0:39

Review: Simon dives into T6 while Martín was already turning in for the corner, makes contact and overtakes. However, Martín was being very cautious since there were two other drivers alongside him, which provided the oppurtunity to Simon. Additionally Simon's car trajectory shows that he was not going deep, and was taking a normal line for a driver taking a tighter entry to a hairpin.

Video: youtu.be/5JIFtLp-148

Verdict: Official Warning for Jonny Simon.

Incident #4
Driver(s) Involved: Patrick De Wit, Jonny Simon

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 3, 0:31

Review: Simon and De Wit go into T6 side by side, since both drivers left a very small space between the cars and make slight movement towards eachother, contact was made ending with Simon going into the wall and losing his front wing.

Video: youtu.be/hw6RHDFdSUY

Verdict: No further action.

Incident #5
Driver(s) Involved: Jernej Simoncic, Marcel van der Linden

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 34, 0:35

Review: Simoncic loses control of the car on the exit of the harpin as van der Linden passes him, resulting in contact between the duo and van der Linden spinning and making light contact with the barrier.

oups i didn't know the authorized kerb at T1 was only the painted one... :( I thought all the kerb was authorized
shame, that RR tyre is outside the "authorized kerb" 3 tyres out of 4

How this is not a penalty?! You revoked Patrick's license for loosing control and the car behind hitted him and this is not penalized? Your desicion are getting more and more weird. Am I the only one here in this forum who have the courage to say this directly?

I was talking for Keithley - De Wit where they retired. All world blamed Patrick for this because he overdrove his tires, what about accelerating on the curb + painting zone and take out the car next to you. This I think is more harsh than that one in Bahrain.

Fair point but there is a slight difference. Patrick was off the racing line and therefore on a part of track where there is less grip. He was also ahead of Bono. Jernej is behind Marcel and also he is on the racing line where the grip is. So there are subtle differences.

It doesn't matter where the grip is, the track is same for everyone, when you take out someone behind or next to you, I think you deserve a penalty, but not when you do mistake and the guy behind crash you.

Maybe we could stop racing after the warm up lap. It's much saver and no protest what results in strange (speaking in calm) outcome of the protest. I really can follow anything more with the results of the protests. Even my son of 8 years old understands that I was taken out.
Really unbelievable. I left him enough room.

Because someone is pointing out this situations, but you are right, they are not quite the same.

I didn't mantion it to campare both situations. My idea was, you penalize a guy (1 license point) who does mistake like half-spinning and you said it's his fault, because the driver behind couldn't avoid it, but here when Jernej halfspins and taken out Marcel again unavoidable, no penalty.

What was I supposed to do there? I tried really carefully to go on throttle, I barely opened 50% of throttle when the rear suddenly snapped. I did my best to correct the slide, I lifted, I actually corrected it and tried to move more onto the kerb, but it was too late.
I couldn't see it coming, and when the moment came, I did my best to avoid any incident. I don't know, why would I deserve a penalty or what could I have done differently.
Maybe you could give me some setup tips for better traction :)

So let me understand; you are complaining because Simoncic didn't get the same penalty as De Wit in Bahrain, a penalty that you were against and was already removed by COA?

I didn't know that, when someone makes error and spin on the track, or sliding the car as Patrick did, he is the guilty one and you gave him 1.00. These penalties are ridiculous.

Am I the only one here in this forum that thinks that some people talks nosense sometimes?

The difference is Patrick was ahead like 1 car distance, ofcourse I was against, for first time I've been heard someone to get a penalty for hit behind. Here in Hockenheim, Jernej was side by side, Marcel left him enough room from outside, but the GS driver wheel-spun his rear tires and slided to Marcel's car. Ofcourse Jernej didn't want to have a contact or to crash Marcel, but drivers' errors make these penalties right? Even Jim's bomb was an error, he could say, give me a better setup to may stop faster.. I'm 100% sure if it was Patrick crashing someone like this.. no point to continue this sentence..
