Incidents:

#1
Driver(s) Involved: Ernesto de Angelis and Morgan Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 54 3rd Sector

Protest Description:
Ernesto with fresher tyres made a dangerous move in the braking zone, pushing Morand off the track (Morand lost 10 seconds as a result)

Review: De Angelis is following Morand in to T10. Morand brakes late and starts to turn in to the corner a bit early. De Angelis brakes quite early, however he does not slow down enough considering his approach in to the corner. De Angelis hits the inside curb in a final effort to avoid Morand, but makes contact with him, causing Morand to run wide and spin on the anticut surface, costing him time and the position.

Verdict: +12 seconds added to Race Time for Ernesto De Angelis (to concede the position back to Morand).
#2
Driver(s) Involved: De Angelis - Morand

Lap/Replay Time: Lap 52 Final corner (replay attached)

Protest Description: Morand, despite being in normal line for the final corner, slows down playing trick before it in attempt to gain space for the main straight, forcing De Angelis to even lock tyres in a point where brakes are not even touched. Despite being not such a spectacular move, we consider it very unfair, dangerous and un-needed. While fierce defense is acceptable, what we saw there was simply a low level "trick" which shouldn't pass unseen to make clear such things, which have nothing to do with racing, won't be allowed in FSR.

Review: Morand is entering the final chicane with De Angelis behind him. Morand slows down approximately 20kph more than normal in the middle of the corner and waits longer before accelerating out of the corner than during previous laps, causing De Angelis to do the same to avoid contact.

Verdict: Official Warning to Morgan Morand.
#3
Lap 31, time 43:21-43:27
Conti in order to block Bono makes sudden movement to right almost causing an accident. Bono had to lift to avoid an accident. Conti decides to cut off Bono who is next to him by going straight and forcing him into gravel. Bono luckily realizes the situation and backs off.

Review: Conti is in front of Huis on the main straight. As Huis approaches to make an overtaking manouver, Conti moves slightly to the left, and as Huis makes a move to the right, Conti makes another move in order to block Huis. Huis then moves over to take the outside line in to T1. Conti and Huis arrive in to the corner side by side, but Conti does not give any space for Huis at the exit of the corner, forcing Huis to back off.

Lap 32, time 44:39
Conti weaves several times on the straight to cover Bono`s attempts to overtake. Once Bono decides to do final move on right, while being alongside him, Conti immediately blocks him on right nearly pushing him on grass.

Review: Conti is in front of Huis on the main straight. Conti makes a move towards the inside on the rundown to T1, he then straightens the car and as Huis goes to move on the inside, Conti moves towards the inside again.

Lap 33, time 46:04
Conti pushes Bono on grass while Bono is alongside him.

Review: Conti is in front of Huis on the main straight. Bono is in the slipstream and makes a move towards the inside to attempt an overtake. Conti first moves an appropriate amount, leaving just enough space for Huis' car, however he then starts to move again gently to the right, leaving no space for Huis and leading to contact between the two cars and for Huis to run over the grass, losing momentum.

Verdict: 1.5 Penalty Points for Marco Conti, the penalty was lessened by the fact that in the end Huis did not lose any positions or receive damage, and through an admission of guilt and apology by Conti. However should this type of driving continue, the penalties will be much more severe.
#4
Lap 10, 15:31
Gosbee tries to keep his position by turning hard in to Turn 1 while Mikkonen is alongside him on inside line, thus causing a collision due to by not giving reasonable amount of space for both cars.

Review: Gosbee and Mikkonen arrive in to T1 side by side. Gosbee brakes later and tries to retake Mikkonen on the outside, but does not give enough space for Mikkonen, causing contact which launches Mikkonen's car in to the air, costing time and possible damage.

Verdict:
0.5 Penalty Points for Martin Gosbee.
#5
Lap 66, 90:00
Greco changes his line more than once while defending.

Review: Greco is exiting T3 with Mikkonen behind him. Greco makes a move towards the inside of T4 while exiting T3, then changes his line towards the outside for a better entry angle. While Mikkonen was not alongside Greco at any stage, the final change of direction is not allowed according to the rules.

Verdict: Official Warning for David Greco.
