R3E/DTM Error

Hi guys!
Since last update (6 Gb aprox) I can't start R3E and not install DTM Experience (I know... I'm fool )

The files are in the correct path...

I upload a dump file (with .INI extension fake).

Can any help me!

Hi Vojvoda,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues.

Have you tried deleting the hud_options.xml file to see if it works?

The xml file is located in your Documents folder. The path is actually there on the warning message.

This will reset your hud settings you chose in the game but the xml file will be recreated when you hopefully successfully launch the game.

Can you try deleting your entire RaceRoom Racing Experience user folder found in

C:\Users\Your Username\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience

what I always do with a new build is delete the Raceroom documents folder, but back up your controlset if you need it.

Now the path C:\Users\Francisco Borrás\Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience its empty
The game only creates a file Launcher, any path...

Ok I think I see what's going on.

I'm afraid we messed up something and now the game is failing to create the files on paths with special characters. I'm 99% sure the á on your lastname is causing the issue. Nothing is wrong with your name It's our fault.

We will try to patch a fix for this tomorrow as early as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have the exact same problem. I´m pretty sure it is the problem you mentioned - with the special characters.
