Question about ingame settings

Bought GSCE yesterday, really enjoying it. Started to download car mods and I see information about the degrees of rotation and the lock degree. Where can I change the lock degree? I cannot seem to find it ingame. Only the degrees of rotation.

Help is much apreciated, sorry in advance if it is a stupid question !

Steering Wheel Range is in Options -> Controller, on the right side of the screen. Steering lock is in garage 1 when you are in a session.
