Hello there!
Is it possible to create an App ...
1. I want to measure the time where the car is in pit (not the entry, only when it stops) --> Basic of the complete app
2. The pitstop duration should have at least 65 seconds and otherwise if the driver starts earlier, the app should give him a drive-through penalty.
Didn't find something like a documentation.

Well, I reckon it's true that client-side apps can't give out penalties, but I'm 99% certain you can do so with a server-side app (plugin?).
However, I can't seem to find any documentation for writing such a thing (I have a vague feeling I did once find some but if I did then I mustn't have bookmarked it )
