PS4 Multiplayer with Friends Open Wheel PC2 or AC

All,

Some friends of mine (9 in total) and myself are currently occupied with F1 2019 and are wrapping up on our first season.

We are looking for a more realistic experience and are in doubt about either AC or PC2. I know there are many threads and discussions already online for this. But I am very specifically looking for an online experience with friends in open wheel classes. So, making leagues, set specific dates and perhaps even make teams ourselves.

Id like to hear your thoughts.

If you're on console PC2, on PC I'd go AC.
