F1 2011 PS3 graphics

Hi All,

Please could someone direct me to a thread where this has been discussed?

seen some of the youtube Ps3 footage and it looks awful.

i want to know if it will be fixed in anyway before shelling out.

It would definately be interesting to see. Personally, aside from the wet I find that 2011 doesn't compare visually to 2010. I was really shocked.

I hope that a patch can possible fix some of the issues.

I guess without some sort of bespoke additional development, the PS3 graphics will not improve.
F1 2011's developed on Microsoft products, primarily DirectX and converted, probably in a very 'quick and dirty' way to OpenGL for PS3.

Has this not been discussed on this forum then?

Haven't seen anything on here mentioning how poor the Ps3 graphics are compared to xbox.

Stunningly bad, a step down from 2010 and incredibly arrogant of codemasters to release a product visually worse than it's previous incarnation.

What exhaust gasses have they been inhaling if they think that this is acceptable? Has anyone from codematers commented on it?
