Sorry but i dont understand the goal of this files : Pro tyres app need this files to work if i got modded cars ?

yes, only standard ac content is included in the app itself, the app can not read this information from the car folder directly. you can also download the individual files of the cars you have as an option to the complete package

edit, a very few mod cars has open data structures that can be read directly.
