Problem with Singapore 08 track

I downloaded the singapore 08 track from the RD download section and it works fine on the game but in the pictures in the download section the track is at night time but when i use it on the game it is in daytime.

Does anyone know if there is a way to put the track in night time?

simple really, the information you need is in the track gdb file and this one reads like this:

so as you can see your offline testday is at "TestDayStart = 15:30" so still in daylight at that time of day, but when you go to start the race it is at "Race1Start = 21:30"

I do have a problem with this track. It seems like the texture for the track does not load. Everything is either white or transparent. I mean Ican see the structures of the bridges under the barrier. The track's feel is great and it would be great if any one out there could please help me solve this issue.
