preview car skins without starting rFactor 2?

Is there such a tool for rFactor 2. I found some car viewer for rFactor but that hasn´t been updated since 2011. I am not sure this computer can run rFactor 2 or if I can have rFactor 2 installed on two different locations on one license.

After a new windows install or new PC/hardware upgrade: you are allowed to reactivate rF2 4 times. Or activate rF2 on a different machine for test/development or other purpose.
