DRIVING WITH IPOD TOUCH!

Driving with iPod Touch. You can get pretty good laptimes with this, but it's freaking hard.

Neat, but it would be cooler if you did it with the motion/tilt/whatever sensors in the ipod.
Aside from that, looks like someone needs a wheel.

Yes, but there aren't any applications like that what uses motion sensors. Yeah, and wheel would be nice :'D Any good wheels what support mac&racer?

Bumped up the framerate & figured out how to make the sound sync. Other than that it's the same AI in the same car on the same track...:tongue: Hopefully I can make better videos in future with this knowledge.

edit: heh, yeah, I should.

I recorded it at 120 fps then loaded it in VirtualDub. Since it generates the audio separately, I loaded it as a wav. Then I went to framerate, and selected "match to audio length" and it cut it to about 114 fps. I further reduced it to 60 fps after that using the frameskipping. I also applied a downsizing filter (to make it upload to youtube quicker - still recorded in 720p but the previous video took about an hour to upload and days to process) and a time-smoothing filter (to hopefully make it look better).
