Good luck tonight guys, hope it turns out to be a great race! I should be home in time to catch some of the broadcast!

By the way Eric, nice little write up a few pages back there with pictures re: cutting, and proper pit-in and pit-exit lines. Nicely put together for sure.

Man, that was the first and last time that I try to 1 stop a Viper. lol. I spent more than half the race driving on ice with constant "your tires are getting worn" messages. I was about ready to shoot my crew chief there after a while. haha. I finally chucked it with 6 or 7 laps to go. Lost my front bumper and a puncture. Then I wasn't paying attention going down the straight, playing with my pit preset and pretty much ran straight on into the barrier. I think I hit one of Marcorelly's as my car was spinning out of control. Sorry about that guys. Any ways, my eyes are burning. Time to go for a little walk and stretch out a bit.

Thanks for putting this together Remco. I always enjoy this style of racing, even if I am not very good at it. :)

Great event,thx Remco

Qually: 1st

Race: managed to slowly and steadely increase my lead.
Never in trubbles,no fights for positions.
Every pitstop(2 stopper) went in 1st,and came out in 1st.
Big thx to the backmarkers, never gave me any troubles,at the end of the race i had the entiry field on at least 1 lap.
But i still maintaint a high race pace in order not to drop my concentration.
Thx all for the fun.

cheers

So nearly finished my first Enduro:frown:. No worries to Stefan as I was the Marcos who met you in your accident.

I did the same a lap later also fiddling with my pit settings as I was trying to decide if I'd limp home with massive understeer or get a new front splitter!!! Wish I'd just limped home now as I was just 10 mins away from finishing:rolleyes:.

Had a fantastic race long battle with Erling and Remco and eventually in the last hour Leonardo for what was going to be 3rd in class. The most gutting thing about the incident with Stefan was, I'd just moved into that 3rd place in class having been running a paced last in the first stint. I got ahead of Remco in the 2nd stint and ahead of Erling in my 2nd pitstop, so I'd fealt I'd done a fairly well paced enduro. It then took most of the final hour to close in on Leonardo whilst trying to keep Erling and Remco at bay. Can't believe how close we'd run in the GT Sport class though. Fantastic stuff guys and well done to Martijn and Caramidaru for their wins:good:.

Just wish I hadn't DNF'd. Wont even get ranking points:rain:.

Thanks for this great race Remco and RD

Qually made little mistake, 4th
Had a good race pace, first stint asked a little to much of the tyres, had to pit earlier
then i wanted. Couldnt catch up with bommel anymore, had to fight to 2nd place first.
That worked out well and after 2nd pitstop dropped down the speed a little to not get bad tyres
in the end again.

Finished 2nd and i am very happy with that!!

Thanks all for the fun.
