Dian Kostadinov of Eventa Simracing finished fourth in Canada, Round 5 of the FSR World Championship.

Bulgarian Kostadinov did not qualify high on the starting grid, but managed to get trough the field.

Dian showed great consistency and managed to save his brakes till the end of the race. There were many drivers who did not make it and Kostadinov was in the battle for the podium.

Kostadinov's 4th place in Canada is Eventa's best result so far.

Eventa's second driver Ville Leppälä from Finland had bad luck and could not finish the race after a mistake in the braking point for Turn 2.

The Finn had great rhythm up to that point and could have been in the fight for the podium if he did not hit the walls.

Ville made his official debut for Eventa in this race and will stay with the team at least till the end of 2014. This brings an end to the struggle to find a second driver. In the previous four races, there have been four different drivers - Carlos Martin of Spain, Aleksi Uusi-Jaakola of Finland, Alvaro Torres of Spain and Danny van der Niet of The Netherlands.

The race at "Gilles Villeneuve" has been won by Morgan Morand of Netrex. That is his fourth win in five races.

Eventa is now in 7th place in the teams' championship with 17 pts. Netrex are first with 132, whereas Ash Racing are last with 0 pts.

In the drivers' standings Kostadinov is 11th with 13 pts and Leppala is 16th with 4.

Next start is going to be in Silverstone on 29 June and will be streamed live in FSR's YouTube channel.
