About the answer to my latest review, I don't want it to handle like Ferndale, I'd just like to increase the power of the non-ferndale Engine. If I'm right, GAZ 24 had about 110 HP.

100hp, but it is 100hp from tractor, not race hp...

It's the latest from 29 of may of 2020. Mod Loader is also up to date.

I made a new save, and the car is permanantly gone. Tried deleting the save, and it won't come back.

Maybe you need experimental game branch...

You need reset mod in mod loader settings: in game press left ctrl + m.

I'm having an issue where the Volga spawns as a Ferndale, I have no idea what's causing it. I've tried starting a new game where the only mod I have installed is the Volga on both the MSCloader and the Mod Loader Pro. anyone know what else I could try?

Is this car only on experimental? When i download it i get another Ferndale so that makes 3 on the map. Kinda hilarious. But would love to get this car on main game if it is only on Experimental
