Is anyone else getting a message saying they need to change their PSN password? Followed by an error message?

Is anyone else getting a message saying they need to change their PSN password? Followed by an error message?

Not recently, I was having some issuses with PSN yesterday but nothing about changing my password or any error messages

When I try to log in, it takes ages. Then says my password has expired and needs to be reset, but comes up with an error message when I click ok to do it.
It's been happening all evening.
