Pit Stop Fuel Settings

For some reason a mod I have installed (GT Decades) does not allow refueling for 1st three pit stops. In the garage the first 3 pit stops are grayed out so when I pull in the pits for my first stop the pit crew just stands there doing nothing. How do I fix this? In the .svm file for a particular track I have edited the settings to ones I know work for another mod, but that changes nothing when I restart race weekend and go to the garage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never mind, got it figured out. Just had to edit a few lines in the cars' .hdc file. Don't know why the author of the mod set it up that way, but it is what it is. And now I've learned something!
