No, unfortunately not. If we could, I wouldn't have to create those mods.

The reason for it, has to do with an encryption that locks DLC car files. We can get the files out but can't put them back into the game as we normally would. They have their reasons for it which is protecting their assets from being spread freely, in other words, protecting their revenue. I do understand their point of view but they should've found a different way of addressing it. I have discussed it with the team and they will try to find a way of avoiding it in future titles.
