Original Mazda 787b mod - getting it to work

Hey crew, I still think the original 787b mod by Patrick Sander was the best I have seen, better then the official version by AC, plus with wild sounding engine updates. Can anyone tell me how to get the old mod to work with the old sounds that came out for it on the latest version of AC?

Any help appreciated.;)

Unfortunately I believe the only way to do it is for the original sound creator to update their work so it's compatible with the latest version of AC, I think an AC update around about 1.15 or 1.16 broke a lot of older mods' sounds. You could use Content Manager to give it another car's sound, or do it manually, but that kind of defeats the object of wanting to enjoy the original sound doesn't it.

Wasn't that mod turned into official content? why would you want the mod?

The mod did go official but the sounds for the mod were taken from Youtube videos and could not be used in the official release (would violate copyright). Many of us feel that the origianl sounds from the mod are superior to what Kunos used in their release and therefore we prefer to use the old .bank sounds.
