Opening HDC file

Hi guys I have a question. I want to open gtr evo wtcc 87 M3 HDC file, but it`s not like any other mod hdc, I cant open it with notepad (I will not use the file for anything online or to share it. it`s just for me I want a different setup) Can somebody help with this? Thanks

you must download the race07 encrypter from the link, then you can encrypte files.
any (many) hdc, eng....and other files you need to do this, as not all files are open in race07 (at least for me).

edit...if you know how to encrypte the whole files complete, then please tell me this, i am not good in this things and i can only decrypte always 1 single file.
