Online problems with Logitech WingMan Formula Force GP?

My problem is that, when im using Logitech WingMan Formula Force GP wheel and im at online server, framerade terribly drops (to 4-5 FPS). When I change type of car control, hitting "k" key and turn a keyboard steering, everything looks quite ok. When im using wheel and im hitting F9 over and over, framerate is also ok

Any one have got this type of wheel and has the same problem?
