Apparently there are two tracks of willow springs in the game. And those are actually not just configurations but two totally separate tracks. Streets of Willow Springs and the Big Willow. And apparently both are in the game:

Also I read on gtplanet that the silverstone stowe circuit is in the game:

(scroll down and you see an image with tracks and stowe is there too)

There is one thing I like about the track list... well two really.

One: Apricot Hill. I always liked that track. About time it got an update.
Two: Bathurst. I mean come on. It's taken them long enough to get it in game. Plus it's one of my all time favourite tracks having watched the 1000 since the very early 90's.

I think they could reduce the car list by 20% and no one would care. Then they could get the license for more/better tracks.

They could probably reduce the car list by 50% and nobody would even notice. Let's be honest, does anybody use all 30 of the MX5s? :p

I mean, having loads and loads of cars looks great on the back of the box, but practically speaking I'd prefer them to focus efforts on getting more tracks. As a euro, I'd like to see more smaller European and US tracks, i.e. the ones that aren't on the F1 calendar.

i did one in the gt5 but it wasn't as big as i would like, but it was better than nothing. What i mean with this track is something that could resemble a Dakar or a Baja stage, but not as big or else almost nobody would have the patience to go until the end, in which it made sense use the rally raid cars

From what PD have said the track creator is completely different from GT5, you can have a track twice the size of Nords and you can all do it from scratch.. Whether thats PD's PR office working or not is a different story :)
