****SOLD****

I bought this to power pimax vr headset but have decided to go back to flat screen so really too much power in this for my needs.
Still have original packaging and invoice for warranty purposes.
Bought from Nvidia website on 31/01/19 for £1,099 (still same price on their website)
Asking price is now £825 inc shipping.

seriously, how much of a difference is there in common use between this and a 1070? itd be nice to hear from a genuine user and not a paid YT review.

Would a Evga 1080 FTW DT meet your needs or is a Ti the minimum you want to go for?

Hi Paul,
Thanks for the enquiry .
I've actually just bought a 1070ti of ebay which should do me fine so I'd better update the post to reflect this.
Have also put the 2080ti on the bay though would rather sell it here.

Hey Phil,
I've owned 980ti, 1070, 1080ti and finally the 2080ti.
The constant upgrading was to push vr headsets, in particular the Pimax 5k+.
If you're happy to race on flat screen then I believe anything over 1070 is probably overkill , just my humble opinion.
Gaz.

No worries, Gary.
