Cars No Shadows under wheels

Does anyone know how to fix the issue with no shadows appearing under the tyres? this only happens with a select few cars.
I'm running csp 1.76 and sol 2.1.3

It may have been made using 3dsimed, which disables objects casting shadows arbitrarily, and should just be avoided when making cars for AC.
