No Car Color (Black) When Car in Pits

Has anyone had this problem? Using Content Manager 1.3. All of a sudden, cars in pits are black with lights on and CM is set for daylight.

Cars have light blue and orange crosses above them. Seems like I am in some form of editing mode. Thoughts?

The car is black in replay mode and I can only drive at night.

Had to reinstall sol manually. Extracting zip file into AC did not work for some reason.
