Night Lights on a track?

I'd like to add night lights to the YETISAJ Le Mans track. Specifically the pitlane.
A small part of it is already lit, so I thought I could just copy that in SimEd, but I can't really find anything there. Same goes for the trk file. I tried to look at original tracks to see what's done there, but I'm afraid it's a bit beyond me.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Can't help, sorry but please do it.
It is an amazing track, the best LM for GTR2 for sure.
Don't know why are people improving/using other tracks (and they are!) when this one is by far the best (modern version).

Never said I wanted to release it, where did you get that from? Learn to read correctly.
