Newbie Question: Driver Licenses in R3E

Hello,

I have used the search function and the Google search function to no avail. I am thinking about competing in R3E Leaderboard challenges. I see that the Leaderboard ranks people based on licenses that go from A to D. Like this:

Are these license, R3E specific licenses or SRS licenses maybe?

In any case, being a newbie, how do I get a D license?

This is a very new thing introduced with the latest update that is supposed to be expanded upon later. It is a replacement for the Division system they were using before. See for example my repost of the official post on this feature here:
