Was waiting for a deal since my renewal date is September 12, 2011. And saw this in my email today. Pulled the trigger and now don't have to worry about it till Sept 2012. Thanks iRacing! :D

Is this a better than deal than the previous one of $30 in credit? Was it $30 in credit? I am considering this.

Depends on your perspective. Technically, it's $5 less of a deal - but it's a straight discount instead of credits, so you don't have to wait for new content to buy with your credits if, say, you are a 100% owner or just not interested in adding content or doing hosting at the moment.
