new GTE car next build

in five weeks, iRacers will be able to get their hands on a new car as an iRacing staff member said on their forums:
"We have a new GTE car coming in the March build, ..."Seems like iracing is moving away from gt3 a bit after losing their blancpain licence.
All bets are on which car it will be, fan favourites atm seem to be the BMW M8 and the Corvette C7R.

we still have that limitation for the numbers of car models in a race? it was 6-7 different kind of cars maximum? may be i don't know what i'm talking about

in IMSA that would be the DP, two GT3s and only 3 GTEs or: the DP, 1 GT3 and 4 GTEs.
Really only makes sense if they raise it to 8 or better 10.

That's why my new ferrari gt3 removed from imsa just a few months after its release , i have bought it only for competing in imsa...
