Hi all,

I'm working on a mod containing new viewing angles. It will take me several days to work on this mod. Download link will be available next week.

Here are some pictures to wait .....

Hi maxel,
Unfortunately,I don't know how to change this view.I tried to rotate the viewing angle from left to right without success.

I've solution for ya! ;-)

These are some screenshots of my Zakspeed Cockpit View

And here's a video of another angled cameracar on the Camaro GT3 (a bit tricky this one as I had to fiddle around with the X Axis rotation as well).

If you want to rotate the camera you need to do a couple of calculations.
1- Place your camera where you want (as you're doing it now)
2- Select how much you want to rotate the camera (in degrees) and then transform that value in Radians (use google for this. Like "15 degrees to rads": google will return the value.
Remember that if you want to rotate camera left you have to calculate the degrees by subtracting your rotation degrees from 360. In this case 360-15=345.
3- Copy the Rads value and always in google calculate the Sin and Cos of that number (possibly open two windows for this): google will give you another value that might be either positive or negative.
4- Go here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/bb206269(v=vs.85).aspx
and scroll down to the point you see the paragraph that talks about ROTATION
5- The formula on the Y-Axis rotation is what we'll need.
6- Open your xml file. Time for copy-paste!
7- You've to correct (basically to substitute) your current matrix values with the new ones you've calculated (Sin and Cos of the selected angle) following the "formula template" from the webpage (step 4). Remember to correct the "sign" of sin and cos values: - x + = - , - x - = + ;)
8- Save and test what you've done!

Good luck!
