New ACC Brands Hatch Images Revealed!

To celebrate the Blancpain GT Series visit to sunny Brands Hatch in Kent this weekend, check out these lovely new WIP Assetto Corsa Competizione images..

We know it's going to be one very sexy looking racing title, a fact that has been further supported by the latest batch of screenshot image reveals from the latest work in progress build of Assetto Corsa Competizione.

With the real world location bathed in unexpected degrees of sunshine this weekend, Kunos Simulazioni have been kind enough to treat sim racing fans to another new collection of in game images from the upcoming racing title, once again showing off the power of the Unreal 4 game engine to its undoubted impressive potential.

Do you realize that ACC shot was taken a few minutes before sun gets into horizon and during sunset light and sky colors changes very fast from a deep blue to an orange sky. These are two pictures taken a few minutes apart (almost seconds) and you can see this the diference in sky colors.

Do you realise the orange color on the sun glow in ACC???...I guess theres nothing else to say.

Did you read my post? Sun on ACC screenshot is a few minutes before going into horizon. It shouldn't be orange but blue. This is like in reality. Do you understand that this isn't my own opinion but a fact?

At least the tyres are round.

The night sky shot with clouds are interesting but I don't think I can play this if the constellations are not properly incorporated or using accurate realtime positioning.

I assume we will have HDR and like Forza or GTS it will bring increased viewing pleasure.

Indeed my friend I agree. The Raceroom track designers have this lovely way of making a track look old or well used. The newer Tilke circuits look lovely and new(ish) and the more club racing type circuits look well used as they would be. I know there's this laser scanning argument with some Raceroom tracks but there's so much love and detail that goes into making them I don't mind too much.

The ACC preview photos look amazing, really beautiful. As mentioned though it has that Gran Turismo type look of being almost perfect. There's no real wear and tear. However you could say the circuit owners probably like their little babies looking at their best on screen!

Really looking forward to this release though, looks stunning so far.

Agree with everything just not that the reason it looks so clean is because of the Circuit Owners.

It's typical Kunos as the Hypetrain that is allready going on now. Im not gonna jump on it even if the Pictures look better then a Porn in 4k. It feels like there is so many Graphichoe's that this Strategie works pretty well. IMO the Graphics do not matter at all in the first place in a "Simulator".

What about the engine, transmission, suspension and tire damage, that we haven`t seen in AC?
Some random damage of any kind (like electrical or fuel issues)?
Or for suspension, damage of hitting curbs too hard and stuff like that and blowing up the tire (this one is specially very often in RL racing)?

It seems that you are here just to troll.

Either way mate. My initial comment was "sunset needs to be rectified" due to sky colors not matching the sunset position, given the actual Sun color in the picture.

Guess the voting public heavily disagree with this guys assessment of the situation.
I mean, cutting yourself out of trying what could be the closest successor to GTR2 in years just because you can't mod it is ludicrous.
People have been asking for a decent single series title that focuses on that series and replicates it to the highest standard possible for ages. The fact that it's not able to be modified should not be a deterrent

(Edit) Don't forget. Kunos haven't said that you can't mod ACC, they just won't be supporting it. I guarantee it will be modded in some way before the end of the first month after release.

The tyres are too round and the night sky is too Black and I'm getting sick of all this "my sky is blue" crap ! ffs people ,who gives a rats arse if the colour is a bit off in WIP photos ! Even if the release isnt the same on your panel doesn't mean its not correct , man !
I have a form of colour-blind vision , do you all know what your seeing is actually what is the real colour !
Move on and get something real to critique !

I wish you could get stuck in gravel but they pretty much negated that already The response was "Do you really want to get stuck in a gravel trap after 23 1/2 hours of racing?"

OMFG!! Debating the quality of sunsets now ? ACC is supposed to be a real earth simulator now ?? Far too much BS talk in this community at times, many of you don't want a racing simulator you want a real life simulator.

Here is a suggestion, get your butts out on a real track, leave the simulator racing to those that appreciate it for what it is. This toxic obsession with every minor detail being just like real life absurd beyond comprehension.

I'm sure once you experience real world racing you will find new things to complain about, hahah.

The second one I actually wouldn't mind that. At least it's a genuine racing scenario.
