F1 2014 Need help : recover database

Hi, I have a big problem. I have modify my database and language to make an another season of f1 2014, I have changed drivers, engines...
But for no reason steam decide to reinstall the game and obviously to overwrite my database...
Do you have any idea how I can recover it ? I spent so much time on it...
