NASCAR changing penalties for winners that violate rules.

I know there isn't much NASCAR interest here, but they just made a huge announcement. Now, winners who are found to have violated rules will be disqualified, losing the win. Previously, winners were fined but there was almost no real penalty.

I'm extremely happy to see this change. Any other opinions on it?
