your steering wheel is being dumb and please buy food i couldn't find any in the house or garage

if you still cant shift try pulling out the choke before turning the car on then wait a few sec then push back in and shift n drive. if that doesn't work then check if gear up down is binded to anything and check your keyboard.

Here, I fixed your car. There was leakage from the clutch and break lines so i fixed that and tuned the rocker shaft.
