My GTR2 game uninstalls itself, the shortcut goes white and when i open the cd it asks me to install????

Where did you get it ?
If it is a genuine legit physical disc you bought then you must quit autorun after disc insertion then right click on setup.exe and all exe from disc main directory to set ADMIN RIGHTS then run installer again and it will work.

That said I have huge doubts because I own original dvd since 2006 and menu is not exactly like that. Moreover the stock GTR2 full game is 1.6 Go on HDD, it will never use 3 or 4Go so the message is weird.
If you have downloded an iso somewhere on internet (with possibly a virus/malware...) then DO NOT SET ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS because it could install a RAT in 3 seconds on your pc and you grant full access to the hacker... maybe it is already too late in this case.

Nowadays genuine GTR2 is really cheap on Steam so do you a favor and go here instead as it is safer than playing russian roulette with iso from unknown source :
