    for me, the two best cars are the Audi R8 and the Ruf for this track, tried also Nissan and Bentley but no go. Audi+Ruf+P4-5 are all within a sec , on my talent level and easier to drive than the Ford, which I bloody hate

    Used the Ford for the Indy race last weekend. No regrets. :D Its looks awesome, sounds awesome, and oversteers like crazy on corner exits, but I love it. I am definitely considering the RUF though.

    Nice laps as always. I definitely spotted some places where I can gain a few "tenths". ;)

    Did some more runs. I think I'm going to stick with the Ford GT. In Mid Ohio, I was able to get a 1:27.256, and could put in consistent 1:27.60s. I think I'm close to hitting the maximum on the car. It struggles on the double left hander before the long downhill straight, regardless of setup, and I'm sure that's where I'm losing most of my time.

    I just feel so comfortable in that thing. Must be my North American roots. :D

    Until the M6 comes out, this is definitely my car of choice.

    P2 Mistral M531 - Laguna Seca - 1.16.406

    Tips:
    - costing in this car is very important, just throw it in and have confidence
    - don't down shift to aggressively, especially into 2nd gear
    - if you exceed tire grip limit when coasting rear will step out slightly, just touch a bit the gas and all will be fine
    - always brake in a straight line, no trail braking especially in CorckScrew or last turn

    Formula RaceRoom Junior - Brands Hatch - 48.754

    Tips:

    - tricky little car on a tricky little circuit, bumps don't help either so try to take wide lines, never tight;
    - make sure you have your brake balance right, according to your driving style, very important on this track;
    -yes, lowest gear is the fastest even do you hit limiter all most on front straight, higher gear ratio and this pony motor is slower.

    NSU TTs Cup - Brands Hatch - 57.706

    Tips:
    - there are two settings for brake bias, either what i have in the setup 60/40 or if you like 50/50 is really good also, with the later you can brake a tad later but you will have some understeer, maybe good for passing;
    -YES, turn 1 is coasting all the way, you have to nail it perfectly, don't acc to soon;
    -for T1 foot completely off the acc. pedal, no 5% rule here.

    Tips ↓↓↓↓
    - put setups for R52/51;
    - be aggressive on the kerbs, climb them;

    - if it has too much understeer in mid corner, decrees rear wing;
    - penultimate turn, downhill blind right hander have allot of patience until you fully go on the power.

    Aquila CR1 - RaceRoom Raceway Classic Sprint - 1.22.716

    Tips:
    - use all of the track, kerbs, and everything;
    - be smooth on the acc. pedal out of the corners, a good technic is to press half, hold for 0.5sec then full;
    - turn in early.

    DTM92 - Audi V8 - Norisring - 52.946

    Tips :
    - very hard to tuck it in, break early;
    - huge liftoff understeer, just go on the acc. even do it's weird, the car will go tighter in a magic way;
    - 4wheel slides are awesome, also they are slow, try to be smooth on the exit of corners.

    DTM92 - Mercedes 190E EVO II - Norisring - 53.067

    Tips :
    - very stable under the brakes, use them wisely as this car seriously lacks in power;
    - liftoff to tuck into the inside of the corner then blast off;
    - it's quite stable but to much angle on the steering wheel and full acc. might upset her a bit.

    Too fast for me to even compete at that level.:( I'd better start practising my get out of the way routines whilst being lapped.

    Touring Classics Nissan Skyline GTR R32 - Norisring - 52.386

    Tips:
    - this is a beast, no way it should be in the same class as those punny BMW, Volvo and such...
    - surprisingly good handling was expecting understeer galore but not so, corner entry is fine just be careful on mid-corner speed, allot slower than above mentioned cars;
    - also wooden brakes, you have to break early!
    - don't turn when you are very high RPM , the back will kick out.

    Norisring might seem an easy track but actually, it's quite hard to improve as after only a few laps you feel you are at the limit. After all of the day doing laps on Norisring I can tell you that exit of the corner is more important than entry because of long straights so focus on that, or take the Nissan :))

    Touring Classics - Volvo 240Turbo - Norisring - 53.189

    Tips:
    - the fridge in all it's glory, quite fast also.There is a mid 52 in there somewhere;
    - good top speed, good on the brakes but not so good around fast corners so mid track section you are going to struggle a bit;
    - it's a bit tail happy, be gentle;
    - in a dog fight just put this box on the inside it won't budge.
