Motec Add Troubleshooting

Hi everyone, I got motec add full pack, and i still dont get to use it be cause

has a problem,

Motec SERVER its okay! SERVER LOCATED

Motec FX sometimes say rfactor motec not detected, and sometimes says this section is off, but is not, because we are all on line in the track, so I need help someone could give me a hint what might be wrong, i have already installed and uninstalled the Motec several times but not solve.
