Because I'm 99% sure there is not a single line of code written, they only have concepts. They just cannot admit it because they hyped up the game.

I think if Simbin delays this title any longer, they're best off building against the newer consoles. While some of you claim GTR 3 is vaporware, Kunos really let me down with ACC so there has to be something else out there that's better. I've always liked WEC more than GT3 anyway.

Really? Most of the reviews and posts about ACC seem to be very positive now. If you haven't tried it recently you're really missing out. More importantly, it actually exists!
