Hype continues to build for DAKAR 18 with a few more images of the stages set to feature in this potentially awesome off road sim. Ok fair enough we've all probably had enough of looking at scenery and want to see some actual in game driving action, but nevertheless you have to admit the daily image reveal of the various stages do look pretty impressive visually, and do a great job of capturing the kind of magic that is world renowned on this most incredible form of off road motorsport. With DAKAR 18, the officially licenced racing simulation of the 2018 DAKAR Rally still under heavy development ahead of a public release later this year, we will just have to make do with what we have available to us to enjoy for now won't we? That reminds me, I really need to get that interview booked in.. Ooops.. Back when the game was first announced at the start of the year we were promised some moving images from in game in March, so (hopefully) not long left now and we will finally get a first impression of what we can expect to be playing for ourselves later this year. Personally I think it's a great time to be a sim racer and have high hopes for this title. Dakar is undoubtedly one cool form of motorsport, and if this upcoming game captures even 50% of the challenge afforded by the real thing, then we are surely in for something of a spectacular treat... DAKAR 18 is scheduled to release 2018 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
