Money only modders

I've noticed a trend by some of the paid modding teams, which needs to be highlighted.
There are some teams who truly value and appreciate the community, as much as the community values them.
Occasionally, they say 'Thank you' by releasing a complimentary bit of unpaid content.
That gesture is always welcomed by the way.
There are others however....who despite not updating their older products, show up with their hands out.
Some come with insane pricing structures despite their bad track record.
Do you buy from such types?

No. The first type of category usually also are modteams, who are dedicated to their work and deliver top notch quality. Then there are people who create the same quality of content for free. Thats quite insane to me, but fantastic.

The second type you mention though... Its often horrbile quality content, often ripped, no love, no attention to detail (f.e. incorrect or lazy physics). I would never pay for that. I guess these mods will be bought from people who look at it and think "nice, never seen this series in all its completion before" but at second glance its quite bad.
