Right now, with summer time, the only place I know of that is in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) is Azores (Portuguese Archipelago in the middle of Atlantic).

The usual "real" (winter time) GMT western European countries (UK, Ireland, Iceland, Portugal and a few Atlantic archipelagos) are all in BST (British Summer Time) wish means they are in GMT+1.

Most central Europe (if not all) countries who in winter are in CET (Central European Time) = GMT+1 are now also with summer saving time now, wish means GMT+2 (the Dutch, where RD is based are in this group).

Eastern European countries (i.e. Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and so on) are in winter with GMT+2 and now (summer) are in GMT+3.

...
Speaking of time, I always get mixed up by the timing...

All US west cost (from N to S) is in GMT-8, and in summer they also add 1 hour, so they move for now to GMT-7.

What this means is that you CA resident, keep having 8h difference for a London resident, 9h difference to an Amsterdam resident and above all, now due to summer time, you "only" have a 7 hrs deficit to GMT time (RD).

Conclusion, in summer, just add 7hrs to your time and you have RD time.

Sorry for the full "lecture"... a few days ago I was in
Greenwich doing a few "Japanese tourist" type of photos so I'm an expert now :D

Although a bit confusing, RD is an international club and as such keeps always the same time, GMT.

In winter (North hemisphere), about 100,000,000 people have the same time of RD the others have to add or subtract something. In summer, about only 50,000 have RD time and all others have to add or subtract something.

I thought I would post this a little earlier this week: anyone interested in a practice race this weekend? Maybe Saturday or Sunday at the same start time as the actual race so we have a practice run through to...

On this coming weekend I've a championship race each day and both on circuits I don't like... So I've been practicing for those and I doubt I've much time left for more racing this weekend.

Saying that I've been doing a few races in a known public server who regularly runs the Nord... next week I do hope to be doing more laps at the RD event server.
