fixed it myself.
i used notepad to edit.
it works with hexeditor.

im in there now, but confused as to the values. i see all the track sectors like 0,1,2,3 but not sure how to adjust the value and what it would do?

there is an table with words " unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quit, the application will close immediately" Like that, sorry that i can't post the picutre

Well it might be a problem with .NET Framework. What folder are you trying to repack (I mean the name of the MIX file you extracted)?

Well I can't, and please, don't put your e-mail on a public forum. The only solution I have is to download the latest version of .NET Framework, which is on Microsoft's download page.
