I'd like to race. But could somebody please help me choose the cars that have the most forgiving handling in this line-up?

Well, Frank, do you just want forgiving handling, or to be competitive AND have forgiving handling?

For group 1, I'd say the BMW & the 2600 Capri are pretty simple and easy to handle

Group 2 - The other BMW & the Porsche 906

But these are simply my preferences, try them out and see how they feel to you.

Sign me up Stuart.

Group 1: Capri 2600 *EDIT* Lotus Elan

Group 2: BMW CSL Schnitzer*EDIT* Porsche 906

Found the BMW a little aggresive TBH. The Porsche suffers from some low speed understeer, esp. on 2nd gear corners.

did some testing on the 75 track and i must say it's a briliant track. i would like to change my car choise for this track: i will take the 74 nomber vette and probably the bmw or capri for the second one. not sure yet.
hope to see more ppl for this event.:lashes:

I should be there, my visitors left today.

Car choice, I'll look at them soon and advise. It has to be something I don't normally drive. :chicken:

Edit:Car choices.
Race 1 - Daytona (never driven it before).
Race 2 - Porsche 911 (can't believe I'm going to attempt this).

Amir - the first race is the 88 track, with group 1 cars, second race is the 75 track is the group 2 cars.

Note4:
Race 1 - Short 1988 Circuit - Group1 car
Race 2 - Long 1975 Layout - Group2 car.

As the 74 'vette is group 1, you can't drive it at the 75 track. You can use it on the 88 track if you want.

Please let me know what cars you actually want, I'll leave it with your Escort / Capri choice until you let me know :good:
