Sorry guys, I have never experience such a sorry display of driving here in the club as tonight's in Race 1, and I do include myself in that statement, not fun and, as I'm not at my best, thought discression was the better part of valour and bugged out. Sorry for the chat comment, I will accept any penalty decided.:sick2:

Great racing tonight gents.

First race T1 incident was a racing incident...too many cars with big engines and no brakes I didn't mind so much, it put me up to 6th for about 3 corners before I buried myself in the gravel and ended up last again:struggle:

Second race I was in the Porsche 906...great car even with a poor driver. Good racing and I managed to come in 8th

+1 . two very good races. first race was a bit boring because of that t1 incident. then stu followed me until he had his spin.
2nd race was very good. the csl is too heavy and i had to slide it all over. :bulgy-eyes:
avi and ben were much faster and i had no chance to race them. luc was so fast in the 906 and we had a very good race until he spun. then matt caught up. i was faster in the fisrt part of the lap but the 2nd half he was much faster in corner speed. we had a good race until he spun. then i took it easy. big mistake. 2 laps to the end suddenly luc reappered from nowhere and almost caught up. i gave it all and finished ahaead of him. one more lap and he would have passed me for sure. gr8 driving there luc .
btw it was funny and weird to see ben without fuel on the last lap. better luck next time ben.

I guess this was one time I should have stayed in bed, or at least not gambled with such a difficult car. I wasn't used to the Daytona, and ruined everyone's race.
Can't apologise enough for my Race 1, turn 1 disaster. Especially to Ben, but he, at least, saw the funny side of it. Right at race start, my sound turned to mush, then as we approached turn 1, I had to hit the brakes harder to avoid the car in front, it just dived right into the sand and I was a passenger from then on, right into Ben and causing chaos. Very sorry guys, but I thought most of you know I don't make a habit of it. :embarrassed: :sorry: :behindsofa:

I eventually had to quit late in the race and replace the battery in my headset, which fixed the sound problem.

Race 2, I shamefully stayed out of everyone's way, and had some fun with a few of you, especially Hans, but I still managed to have another crash. Hans spun sideways across the track right in front, and I hit him amidships, sending him into a spectacular barrel role, very impressive to my view Hans. Sorry mate.

Again, apologies to all I upset, I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.

Warren nothing to worry about at all, Personally i think it was a bit harsh on Warren saying about be easy at t1 and the first lap (this is Warren for cryst sake not some idiot)

Took the Beemers out and had great fun. Ok T1 was a little unfortunate, but it wasn't done on purpose was it !!

I think a few people owe Warren an apology personally, no need for half the comments made in chat tonight :sarcastic:
