Mitsubishi Lancer Evo III (Update) *beta*

Hey, I've done some updating to the old Evo III.

I've updated the original and also started on a stock version. Neither are complete but they're nice cars, so here's a beta, a start of what I want to do. And if someone knows who made it, I'd appreciate knowing (readme file was pretty vague)

Note:
- I made it in .17 so I'm not sure if backfire will work in previous versions..
- The dials are currently borrowed from the default Lambo (sorry!)
- The odd texture is missing (a problem that I can't resolve until I can get into zmod)
- Shaders are pretty basic

It was made by "mYsterio" if I remember correctly and Evo XI was also made by him. I'm not 100% sure though.
