F1 2010 Missing File - Binkw32.dll

Hi all!! I use the DOM.3 to put the game in default! But now I dont have the binkw32.dll and the game doesnt start. So, someone can upload this dll file for me? Thanks!!

PS: I try to download the dll file from others sites but no-one works
